End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you") and Kilotronic LLC ("Kilotronic," "we," "us") and governs your use of this website and its related games, applications, and services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and host a game. Younger children may take part as players only under the supervision of a host. As host, you are responsible for supervising the participants you invite and for obtaining any consent required before they join — a responsibility you accept under this Agreement, and one that does not discharge our own obligations under applicable law.

2. License

Kilotronic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, game designs, game content, text, graphics, logos, names, and all other materials — is owned by Kilotronic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You agree that you will not, in whole or in part:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display the Service or its content, except as it functions normally during ordinary use;
• modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, game data, or content libraries;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; or
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Kilotronic.

Third-party trademarks

Some content in the Service refers to third-party games, brands, characters, works, and people by name (for example, as prompts to guess, draw, or act out). These names are used only to identify those works and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from their owners. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Kilotronic does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Availability and Discontinuation of the Service

We do not guarantee that the Service, or any part of it, will remain available for any particular period. We may change, suspend, limit, or permanently discontinue the Service — including any game, feature, content, account, or the websites and servers that support it — at any time and for any reason.

The Service depends on our websites, servers, and other online infrastructure, and we are under no obligation to keep that infrastructure running. No purchase, payment, subscription, or unlock guarantees the continued operation or availability of the Service or of any feature, and paying for access does not entitle you to have the Service kept running for any minimum period. We may, but are not required to, give advance notice before permanently discontinuing the Service or a paid feature.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kilotronic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason. The sections on Intellectual Property, No Warranty, and Limitation of Liability survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
